    Job Title: Lead Architect
    Budget: $125,000
    Client: Lending Institution with over 45 employees across the U.S.
    Objective: Phase 1; implement Salesforce platform across the company
    Phase 2; Import critical data points and customer base of over 250,000 data points
    Phase 3; Build-out customizable website with GSD and Pardot. The website would be collecting data from clients’ inputs and ultimately transferring the clients’ data into Salesforce. I had to create over 50 user accounts system wide with customizable page layouts and create different “Views” for each user. I was also responsible for training in all of the staff and implementing it across the various departments. I created the Salesforce provisions and privileges for each employee along with report mechanisms for management. The client wanted to track various loan products customers were most likely to use, website clicking patterns of customers, and have automation set up into the SalesForce accounts I was asked to create a “Virtual Data Room” where clients and underwriters could see the work-flow and status updates on where the application is in the completion cycle. The Virtual Data Room had to be set up so underwriters and clients could see the data and progress but also allow different privileges, provisions, and viewing rights depending on their access level. I also created security provisions on who was able to see the sensitive information along with storing the critical sensitive data. I was also responsible for making relationships with certain objects. For example, I had to link the Position to the qualified job applicants.
