Yesterday I completed an all-day course hosted by MRA - The Management Association on Negotiation Skills: Producing Win/Win Outcomes. It proved to be a fantastic learning opportunity to understand how to plan complex and effective negotiation discussions. Learning how to differentiate between positions and interests, along with communication techniques, has empowered me to identify common ground and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. I also found it super beneficial for the opportunity to participate in real-world simulations where I could apply and refine my skills. Love the hands-on approach! I am very grateful for the opportunity! #ProfessionalDevelopment #NegotiationSkills #ContinuousLearning
